Music therapy is an evidence-based healthcare service in which board-certified music therapists use music intentionally to support emotional, social, cognitive, communication, and developmental goals.

We work with people of all ages, as well as families and caregivers, supporting needs including autism, ADHD, IDD/DD, mental health concerns, and complex medical conditions.
We are fully inclusive, including individuals with high support needs (such as non-speaking clients), are neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming.

Sessions are individualized and strengths-based.
Depending on the client, sessions may include music-making, singing, songwriting, movement, listening, or reflection.

Individual sessions are $125. We have a multi-tiered sliding scale available for those who qualify.
We also support out-of-network insurance reimbursement and alternative funding when applicable. -
Yes. We work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, as well as families and caregivers.
